Birthday girl. Need Art supplies. What is the best place to buy?
My girlfriend is an artist and his birthday at the end this month and I want to buy a very, very nice paint palette him (sorry, I do not know art supplies, kids) and some paintings. He is always complaining that need more fabric. So where can I find things? and when I buy fabric on a roll Are you coming or are lying in a framework that already? Any input would be great.
