All children have a wonderful sense of creativity. But no two children are alike. When color is allowed, children, come with different images, different color schemes, styles, etc. You can not control this. And it should not be controlled, all types of creativity should be encouraged. A nursery can do better when they have been well prepared for any and all sorts of creative play through certain to have many different fun and useful.
Creativity often expressed through the arts and crafts. Many centers have tables of craft or activity of tables as a basis for this. One reason for this is that the game creative usually makes a mess. By providing a special space for this experience, the mess is not just content, but also helps children understand that this mess only acceptable when playing creatively. The best way to promote creativity is having the right tools. Make sure you have a lot of the basics of paper, pens, pencils, crayons, markers, anything to help them draw. It's good to have multiples of anything that is used often. This will prevent arguments, and provide a replacement if someone breaks something (or waste or ruins it).
You can spend a lot of money on fun art supplies. Simply walk through any store and you will see many different things that can be converted into items of art for personal imagination and children. Yarn pipe cleaners, glue, glitter, buttons, fabric, pompoms, sequins, and more. There are also fun and games machines that can be done for older children. But you have to be careful that whatever you buy does not become a choking hazard (or make someone sick) can be achieved through careful observation. I do not think you have to spend much money to find good art supplies.
Something as simple as an egg carton holder can be a great little supplies. Remains of the projects can be good facilitators for creativity. Paper, especially colored paper, is very inexpensive and can be everything what is needed for a good time. Glitter is cheap and can bring emotion to a toddler into overdrive, as it is very fun to play. Be frugal and care for their supplies and will last much longer.
Many centers actually do crafts and activities are planned. By doing this, and of course making sure that every child is with the class, ensure success for all. Each child will go home having done something they are proud of. However, this can be a negative when a child wants to do their own project and is forced to comply. Because of this, the best way to do projects is to make a basic project and then let each child can customize their own way. An example of this would be to create a palette stick frame, then that allows children to decorate as they want.
